For those students who have decided to attend college after high school, Russell Certified Learning offers college counseling services. Our college counselors will act as specialized guidance counselors to aid students in determining which colleges/universities will best suit their needs. The counselors will also assist in the admissions process, as well as the decision and enrollment process.
