year 1 - initial implementation
Russell Certified Learning will provide the complete implementation consulting services to convert the school to a Russell CL Method school. This will include complete curriculum development for all levels, training and implementation of the program for all teachers, learning specialists and staff. Ninth and tenth grades will be fully implemented in year one. Included with the implementation will be a complete development of a marketing package and brand development for the school.
year 2 - integration of grade 11
In the second year, Russell Certified Learning will integrate the 11th grade into the program. Additional training will be conducted and teachers hired as needed. Russell Certified Learning will provide curriculum updates and prepare the school for certification review and assessment.
year 3 - full implementation
By the third year, Russell Certified Learning will integrate all grade levels into the method. All teachers will be hired/re-trained to meet the needs of the program. In the final year, Russell Certified Learning will provide complete certification requirements, updated training schedules and be prepared to certify the school as a Russell Certified Learning approved school.
