Michael Pellet is the Chief Executive Officer of Russell Certified Learning. He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ranablue, a Corporate Image Creation and Marketing Consulting firm that specializes in working with private/independent schools as well as school systems. Prior to being the President/CEO of Ranablue, Mr. Pellet was the COO of FocalBase Internet Solutions, an internet software development firm based near Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Pellet has over 6 years experience in executive management roles in consulting firms as well as 8 years experience consulting to and serving on boards of educational institutions.

Heather Salley is the Vice President of Marketing for Russell Certified Learning. Presently, she is the Vice President of Ranablue, a Corporate Image Creation and Marketing Consulting firm that specializes in providing solutions to private/independent schools as well as school systems. As a senior consultant, Ms. Salley specializes in developing marketing solutions for education. Prior to working at Ranablue, Ms. Salley held director level positions and consulting roles in various design and web development firms.
